In addition to base compensation we may offer the following for certain roles:

• Game revenue share(s)
  • In some cases a minimum floor payment may accompany a revenue share
    • e.g. If a revenue share yields $100, and the minimum floor payment is $200, $200 would be paid out
• Discretionary performance-based bonuses
  • Influenced by individual and company-wide performance
  • Scales with compensation

When are bonuses given out?

• Bonuses are given out after being calculated at the end of every month
